Ovjera prepisa-fotokopije
Ovjeravanje prepisa neke isprave vrši se u cilju potvrđivanja da je taj prepis istovjetan sa svojim originalom.
Prilikom utvrđivanja istovjetnosti prepisa isprave sa tekstom originalne/izvorne isprave cijeli tekst prepisa se brižljivo uporežuje sa tekstom izvorne isprave.
Prepis se mora slagati sa tekstom originalne isprave i u pravopisu, interpunkciji i skraćvanju riječi. Na isti način se utvrđuje i istovjetnost fotokopije isprave sa originalnom ispravom, jer se i fotokopija smatra prepisom.
